We are already looking forward to our 2003 events!

As last year, we are planning 3 tournaments for the coming season.

The Season Opening Tournament
Toronto vs. Montreal Ukrainian Golf Challenge
is scheduled for:
Saturday, 24 of May (weekend after Victoria Day)
Camden Braes Golf & Country Club, Odessa, Ontario (near Kingston).

We are looking to organize a friendly competition with our fellow Ukrainian golfers from Montreal at roughly the midpoint between our two centres. It will feature both individual and team accolades and, as all our competitions, will be Stableford format. Perhaps this will be the first of regular Challenges in succeeding years.

Those who wish to play but do not wish to be part of the team competition, are very welcome to join/play, if only a social level. Players from Montreal and Toronto will be mixed together on each golf cart to promote the camaraderie of the event.

Cost: $75.00 for UGAC members and Montreal players. $105 for non-members.
This includes green fees, golf cart, dinner, and prizes.
If numbers and interest warrant, we will organize a bus for golfers attending from the Toronto area at an additional cost.

This Season Finale will be a timely preparation for many of our members who will be attending the Ukrainian World Golf Challenge III, at the Kapalua Resort in Maui, Hawaii, which follows in shortly after from the 18th to the 25th of October.

As in 2002, our individual Net Stableford and Gross Stableford Champions will be determined by combining the players' best score from the first two season tournaments with the Finale tournament score.

Although our events are open to all, our members will enjoy lower cost of participation and value-added benefits.

I look forward to seeing all our current and new members this summer.
